Are you interested in playing a crucial role in supporting our sales team to develop new business opportunities and drive growth? We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Marketing Specialist with experience in the UV industry to join our team!

TECHNICAL MARKETING SPECIALIST | EUROPE

What will you do?
You collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities within the UV industry. Not only do you assist in the preparation and presentation of technical materials and demonstrations to prospective clients, you will also conduct on-site visits to customers as needed to troubleshoot, advise, and ensure the optimal use of our products. You serve as a technical liaison between iGM and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support. 
But it doesn’t end there. In order to foster a culture of continuous learning, you create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation & training materials. But even more importantly, you develop and deliver training programs for internal teams, with a focus on product knowledge, application techniques, and industry trends.

Who are you?

  • You have a degree in Chemistry (chemical engineering, material science or related);
  • You have proven experience in a technical service/marketing or similar role, with strong technical knowledge of UV curable materials and technologies;
  • You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills (with the necessary technical background) with an ability to zoom out and translate analysis into actions that drive the business forward; 
  • You have excellent communication skills (English), both verbal and written, with the ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences; 
  • You are willing to (frequently) travel as needed to support sales efforts and customer needs.
