ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Presentation of solutions and development of new businesses.
  • Prospecting for new accounts and activating inactive customers.
  • Building and managing the customer portfolio, maintaining and increasing results in accordance with the annual budget.
  • Management of strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Execution of sales of products/services, leading negotiations with a focus on prices, contracts, payment terms and margins.
  • Conducting demonstrations and commercial/technological visits.
  • Defining the frequency of pre- and post-sale visits, aiming at loyalty and development of new businesses.
  • Issuing analytical reports of visits and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Researching market data, analyzing competition, trends and market conditions.
  • Developing sales plans and analyzing demand forecasts.
  • Pricing execution based on product leadership guidelines.
  • Preparation of sales plans and monitoring of results.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or related courses from accredited university.
  • Advanced English is ideal, but not required
  • Experience in B2B Sales or Customer Service is desirable, preferably in the Chemical Industry in the UV Paints and Resins segment (Applications/Markets, Products, Services, Competitors);
