Omnirad 601 is a Photoinitiator characterised by its excellent reactivity especially in comparison with conventional alpha hydroxy ketones. It shows good performance in clear or low yellowing coatings and printing inks due to its low yellowing properties. Its molecule and the absorption spectrum towards the longer wavelength make it suitable for pigmented systems using conventional UV curing conditions too. Omnirad 601 is suitable for all systems where low odour may be required
