Product description:

PHOTOMER® 5028 is a chlorinated polyester diluted in 40% Photomer® 4094 (GPTA). It has been designed for use in UV/EB curable formulations for substrates such as wood, paper, plastic and metal. The product can aid adhesion to difficult substrates such as plastics.
